The Gatesville State School for Boys or simply gatesville was a word that conjured up bad thoughts in the hearts and minds of boys all over Texas. A facility in an area of Texas with a 120 year history of perpetrating crimes of physical, sexual, mental and verbal abuse on the throw away kids of Texas.     I MICHAEL SCHWINN ONE WISH I WISH I COULD HAVE IS, OF HAD THE CHANCE TO HAVE TESTIFY AGAINST THOSE OF WHO ABUSED OTHERS NOT BEING ALLOWED TO DEFEND THEMSELFS AS PER WARD OF THE STATE OF TEXAS , WHICH WAS JUST AN EXCUSE TO ABUSE US THE BOYS OF THE GATESVILLE STATE SCHOOL FOR BOYS ,THEIR EDUCATION WAS SOME WHAT OUT OF THE EARLY 1920S SEEMED TO ME , NO EDUCATION FOR THE COLORED, THEY DIDNT MIND , A FEW JUST SAT A THE BACK OF THE CLASS AS THEY SECRETLY MASTERBATED IN THE BACK OF THE CLASS ROOM . AND SHOW ME , OF ALL PEOPLE I DIDNT WANT TO SEE THIS . THIS WAS THE MENTALITY , MOST COLORED HAD DURING THIER STAY THERE , HELL THREE SQUARES AND A COMFORTABLE COT , AND A TOOTH BRUSH , I ALWAYS WONDERED WHY MOST OF THE COLORED HAD SUCH BAD BREATH,, THEY ONLY PUT IT TOOTH PASTE IN THIER MOTH LIKE A MOUTH WASH NOT BRUSHING MUCH . THATS THE TRUTH.SHOULDA STAYED IN THE (FREE WORLD )

    Hotchkiss use my step-brother 1966 Hilltop School Ohio Hall how you doing my bro I'm still hanging in there down here and Houston still being State brother Kenneth Cook got killed in 1968 on Milby and Polk in Houston robbing a store we all still hanging in here I'll be there putting Montgomery Texas on the map kids are all ignorant Texans living the good life take care and best wishes to you and all them state and whoever else I forgot and whoever else I forgot y'all hang in there dude hang in there guys Brothers out there Roger Lynch Truitt partain
